Hello! I was wondering if the suppression list also works for phone numbers. We have received several complaints from customers that don't want to receive sms and we would like to exclude their phone numbers from our communications. Is it possible? If not, what do you recommend we could do?
Hello, It's only for email channel at the moment.
Consents and Preferences data type can be included in the profile schema (if it is not already) and the marketing preference can bet set to 'n' for those records who would like to be excluded from sms communications.
