Hi Team,

I had successfully completed one DM campaign but it's failed without file exported with the following error:

Error reason

An-error-has-occurred-when-exporting-data-to-the-destination.-Unable-to-perform-the-data-export-with-the-parameters-flowId-AJO-b235a143-3426-43e7-8af7-1699b9fd998f-segmentId-abnmemberid-3877c86b-d40a-4fb1-8c35-9fc83459597f-flowRunId-not-set.-The-error-message-returned-by-the-destination-is-10--.

can you please help me out what's the exact error I can troubleshoot.

Thanks in advance!!

Hi @chrisyan ,

The export issue may appear in DM if AJO is unable to transfer the csv file to the destination SFTP server due to authentication/permission issues.

Suggest to export some details using AEP OOTB destination connector to the required SFTP server or other destination as needed in your use case.  If it is able to export successfully then connection credentials are fine . Otherwise connection cred needs to be revalidated.

Also raise a ticket with Adobe support to get more details about the error .

Thanks,

Somen
