Assistance Required: “No Value” Records in CJA While Exporting AJO Email Unsubscribers

Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

Kindly refer to the attached screenshot highlighting the issue. I am attempting to export email unsubscriber records from Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) via Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). However, I am noticing that 89 of the records are marked as "No Value" in the email field, making it impossible to view or export the associated email addresses.

Could you please help me understand the root cause of this issue and advise on how it can be resolved?

As the domain showed in your screenshot, I will recommend to check if the users didn't unsubscribe from the one-click or header unsubscribe.

We have manually ingested a set of records for unsubscribe data, with the total count being approximately 13k+. However, the report currently reflects fewer than 500 unsubscribes across all domains.

Please note that we have created a dedicated landing page (LP) for the unsubscribe process, and it is actively capturing user responses.
