Hi team,

I would like to remove the test profile metrics from the reporting dashboard. For example, before launching the journey, I tested some audience segments (test audience) outside of test mode. Now, I want to exclude all metrics related to these test profiles, such as opens, clicks, etc. Is it possible to exclude test profiles by setting a specific date range or applying any condition to filter out these profiles? Alternatively, can I exclude specific segments from the reports?

Note: Those all the profile was test profile

Hi @Ajo_WisdomChase

As you did the test outside of the test mode, You should try to filter using the execution time

Hi @Mohan_Dugganab @DavidKangni ,

Exclude test events options is working in  read audience activity?

I have a total of 4 audience members, out of which 3 have test profiles and 1 has a non-test profile. When I trigger an email in test mode, the email is sent to all 3 test profiles. After a while, when I go live with the journey, all 4 members receive the email. However, when I check the report, I want to exclude the 3 test profiles and only display the one non-test profile. its possible to achieve?
