AJO SMS Integration with Turnpike from LInk Mobility

Hi Expert,

 

I have couple of queries related to AJO SMS integration,

1.Is AJO supports only Since and Twilio OOTB? Can we use other SMS providers to integrate with AJO. If Yes, How can we do that?

2. How inbound SMS and URL shortenings works in AJO in case of other SMS provider like Turnpike from Link Mobility?

AJO can integrate with any SMS provider via Custom Actions. 

We have a native integration with Sinch and Twilio (and potentially more on the way) that streamlines the authoring workflow.
