Hello All!

 

I am posting here for the first time with a question regarding communication scheduling. Does Adobe provide the capability to avoid sending communications to customers during holidays, ad-hoc days off, bank holidays, etc.?

or segmentation logic https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/audiences-profiles-identities/aud... 

or external system lookups using REST API (to determine if the current date is a holiday) https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/configure-journeys/...  to control when to send messages taking into account the scheduling capabilities
