Adobe OFfers - offer display based on incoming attribute

We have a use-case where in we want to display specific offers to customer based on transaction happening at the moment. So, essentially we want to dynamically retrieve offers based on an input parameter. How can we achieve this in with adobe offers? The input parameters are not part of the audience profile attributes.
