Filtering by personal favorites (fragments, templates, audiences, Journeys etc)

As we are working more and more with AJO, the content in the platform increases every day with audiences, templates, fragments, Journeys etc.

Since there are many users working with different activities in the same base, against the same customers each user as a set of "most used content/features"

Therefor it would be nice if each user could mark there personal favorites from there total list of created audiences, Journeys, email templates and fragments. This would make it easier and faster to work with if you dont need to navigate in the list of the total every time you are looking for something. If you then could filtered on your personal favorites you would get to your most important stuff faster and easier.

Hi @Selliers, thank you for sharing this thoughtful suggestion!

I checked with our product team, and they mentioned that the platform currently supports tagging for audiences, templates, fragments, and journeys. Would using tags help you achieve your use case?

If not, could you share a bit more context on what would make the experience easier for you? I’ll be happy to pass that along to the product team for consideration.

Thanks!

Hi, yes that is a great idea but there is some challenges doing that today in the way the tags work. It is where hard to administrate and orchestrate. We have tried to use the tags for audiences and Journeys without any luck. When it is open for all users to create whatever they want in the same structure, and his pops up were ever there is a tap opportunities - it becomes a mess.

To be able to use the tags we miss something like this:

Some user rolls to be able to manage the tags: create the structure (add, change and delete) Today it is just the creator that can change or delete. It might also be different tag structures for audiences, Journeys, templates etc. Maybe there could be a admin page where you could create different sets of tag-lits. And the tags-lists could then from admin be connected to different AJO modules, like audiences, Journeys etc. At least there need to be done some work around how to work with tags in general. But it is a great idea it that can be done. It would lift the platforms user experience.
