Hi Dane,

Yes, The Embed code tab is only available users with Admin rights. Only Admins can create a property in DTM. Please refer the following link for more reference.

Thank you. As a follow up, is it possible to set admin rights on a per domain basis? We have 4 distinct brands and roughly the same number of DTM properties, ideally we would like to give admin rights to someone at each brand (without having to create multiple Marketing Cloud accounts)  but it looks like if you have admin permissions you are an admin for all DTM properties within our Marketing cloud account.
