Release Management in Adobe DTM

Adobe DTM has a staging and a production embed code.

We have to point DEV, TST and UAT environments to Adobe staging which causes a lot of testing issues.

Is there a way of saying that one should use a specific version of the Adobe DTM stage embed code.

OR

Is it possible to clone a web property so that we can use one purely for testing purposes?
