Relative Pathing for Dynamic Tag Manager self hosting

I am trying to get DTM to work well in our Continuous Deliver system.

For security reasons we are required to use the self hosting option and we use AEM.

For DTM to work across ALL environements I have been having to manually manipulate the embed code as well the Satelitte code because there are many domains (local, qa, staging, production)

Is it at all possible to have the code added relatively and not have to use the Domain when downloading the DTM assets.
