Photoshop disappears once I install it

I recently got Creative Cloud and whenever I click 'try' for Photoshop, it downloads, but then seconds after it finishes downloading, it disappears from my list of installed apps. It just returns to the list of apps that I can try. I've tried a lot of methods in hopes of getting it to work, but nothing has changed. When I can see Photoshop under the installed app list for a few seconds, it says that I have three days left in my trial. Please help!
