Instructions for integrating Adobe Media Optimizer are found here: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/dtm/media_optimizer.html. If you are referring to a third party adserver, it can be implemented via a third party tag as described here: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/dtm/t_third_party_tags.html.
