getting a ridiculous address wrong message

The credit card I used to subscribe to Cloud expired. I've gone into my profile to update it and all I need to do is change the expiration year, not the date ... nothing else, but when I hit send I get a red warning saying the address is incorrect. It really doesn't make any sense.
