Fill out PDF forms and submit on a mobile device

I have created a form using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and have added a 'submit' button so the form could go directly into my email. I need to have our team members complete the form using their mobile devices. For some reason, we can complete the form using laptops but when trying to complete the form on a mobile device, it does not work (the form pulls up without the fields to complete). Please advise on how we can get the form to pull up on our mobile device and be able to complete and submit it (like we were able to do on the laptop).
