Error on Adobe Analytics

Hi everyone, I get this message "ERROR undefined Please submit this error id to Adobe Client Care for further diagnosis: auth-362f3b63-15e0-4880-9be6-5b6a3c0211f6", how can I resolve it? thanks a lot

Aurelie,

Unfortunately, I think this does need to go to Client Care. The error isn't descriptive enough for me to give you general help. Go ahead and contact client care by emailing clientcare@adobe.com. Please include the screenshot and the steps you took to be presented that error.

Do you have a screenshot of where the error took place? I'm assuming you may need to Client Care on this one, but we'll definitely do our best to help if possible.

Are you a supported user for your organization? If not, you'll likely receive that error. Do you happen to know who might be a supported user from your organization?

Aurelie,

You can also contact your Account Manager regarding the supported user issue. If you don't know who your AM is, PM me your company info and I can send you their details.
