DTM: Documentation on Built-in Satellite Functions

I was in the Advanced DTM Techniques class at Adobe's summit last week, and when introducing the built-in function for cookie placement:

_satellite.setCookie()

Rudi said there was a long PDF with all of the fancy functions that are native to Satellite. Does anybody know where I can find that?
