DTM 403 "Forbidden" Error

While hosting the JS via Amazon, we're getting a 403 "forbidden" error on our JS file — so  SiteCatalyst via DTM is not working on our site. Any idea what could be causing this?

This error indicates that you must insert your s_code within the Analytics tool settings in DTM.  Within the Analytics settings, click on "General" and then "Open Editor".  Paste your s_code here and save changes.  You'll need to publish the property to see this change in your production library, but it will be reflected in your staging library immediately.
