Can not download from market cloud

Hello, may i get your kindly assist that i bought the adobe photoshop for 1 year already, but when i used the adobe cloud to download some pics or elements from market cloud, the system keep asked me to buy immediately. I am not sure i did some wrong or else, may i know how to download from there? Many thanks and looking forward to hearing from you soon!
