Adobe DTM - No Tracking Request sent when cookies disabled

Avatar

Hello,

I'm new to Adobe DTM and still learning about how it works. I created a testpage with data layer and configured rules to track with Adobe Analytics. It works as long as cookies are enabled. When I disable cookies (all cookies, also FPC), I don't get any tracking requests. My question: Is a cookie required to have DTM working or is a setup to be done to have it working when cookies are not accepted?

Thanks in advance!

Hi

Please make sure there is no javascript error on the page.Use debugger to verify the image request.

You can use <No Script > tags to trigger image on the page where cookies/beacon are disable.
