Provide a "Last Updated" column in tables on Overview>Installed Tools and Rules screens

PROBLEM

It would be very helpful to see when an installed tool or rule or data element was last updated. 

SUGGESTED SOLUTION

Provide a column to screens that list installed tools or rules or data elements. 

Also, include an "updated" indicator on the edit screens for the above.

Includes day of week, month day, year and time stamp (in my local time zone).
