Add Regular Expressions to Host Match and Path Match in Tag Manager

It'd be great to have Regular Expressions added to the Host/Path Match features in Tag Manager. The reason for this:

What if I want to call JavaScript only on http://eric.com/matisoff but not on http://eric.com/matisoff/theFirst

It'd be really helpful to use RegEx in Path Match to define this.

Sure I could do it in JavaScript, but doing this in that Path Match is cleaner.
