What is the implementation difference between Android and ios App?

Hi All,

It's my first project that Im going to work on App Implementation. My client would like to go with iOS Implementation so I would like to know technical details for implementation?

Does SDK is different for Android and iOS if yes what would be the difference can someone help me please.
