List of Audiences knowing the Marketing Cloud ID Service ?

Hi

It's possible to get the list of audiences for a user Knowing his Visitor Id (using JavaScript or using an interface), How can i do it???

My real problem is that I created an Audience in AA and shared it to Target but when I used this audience in an activity, nothings change, only the default view is showed??

 

Can someone help me on this??

There isn't a way to manually see all the audiences for a specific visitor ID. However, you can use mboxTrace to get a better view of what's happening. There is more information on mboxTrace here: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/tnt/help/c_content_trouble.html

Actually it's similar but I did not find any doc about:
