Where to get real examples for SPA of Target Json based Form implementation?

Looking to get real examples for SPA of Target Json based Form implementation. Due to security measure we cannot use Javascript based target offering and so need to start implementing Json based offering. I dont see any real example of SPA Target json based form implementation.
