What could be the reason for getting same content for all the experiences?

Trying to run A/B test. First time got different content for all the experiences that I created. But now getting the same content for all the experiences. How to trouble shoot this?

@targetingthetarget  try adding the trace token to the Activity URL an check if you are qualifying for the activity . You may refer to this document : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/activities/troubleshoot-activities/content-trou... .

 

Check the Preview section and look for "trace" section . Within Trace section check whether the Activity name is falling under "Campaign" section or not.

If you are falling under the "campaign" section and if you still do not see the content then you may try adding "&mboxDebug=1" to the page URL and check  for AT : rendering requests .

few points that you can validate :

 

1. try to check experience through preview urls first

2. Activate the activity with some QA audience and test each exp after clearing cache and cookies of the browser

3. Use mbox trace to check which experience you are getting exactly
