Visual Composer: How do I make an list item menu change to all pages where menu appears

Hi there:

Site is www.avivainsurance.ca

I am trying to use Visual Composer to make an edit to the phone number on the site based on mbox variable. User arrives from campaign A set campaign A in the variable and serve up a different phone number.

Problem is that the phone numbers exist in a menu that appears on every page. And when I make my edit in Visual Composer it only changes the value for that one page I made the edit on.

So I ask:  How do I make an list item menu change to all pages where menu appears?
