Unknown Error : Recs feed not uploading successfully

Hi Experts,

I am trying to upload the recs feed using FTP

However I am getting error as "Unknown Error" while uploading the feed.

Can anybody advise what could be the reason here ?

There could be several reasons why the feed is not uploading.

Could you confirm if the format of the file meets the right specifications (as described here https://docs.adobe.com/help/en/target/using/recommendations/entities/feeds.html#section_65CC1148C7DD448FB213FDF499D35FCA)?

Are the FTP credentials correct?

If you continue to receive an error, please open a Client Care ticket with relevant details (including the FTP credentials and feed file name) and we will take a look.

I provided just the folder name (childFolder) in directory instead of complete path(ParentFolder/childFolder) and that resolved my issue.
