TrackEvent Call gets 200 response, but Conversion Metric in Adobe Target not updated

I'm sending the trackEvent call and getting a 200 response from the omtrdc endpoint. However when I check in the Reports dashboard of my experience,  the conversion metric doesn't increment.

I double checked that my conversion mbox is spelled correctly in the trackEvent call, and I tried with both the "Viewed an mbox"  and "Clicked on an mbox"  conversion metrics.

Hi @lonestarspock,

If firing a custom mbox via a trackEvent "viewed an mbox" is the correct conversion metric setting. Some follow up questions I have to help you get this sorted:

  1. Have you confirmed you are entering and seeing activity experiences?
  2. Is this activity using Analytics reporting (A4T) or Target reporting?
  3. Did you add any refinements to the conversion mbox settings?

No - because we needed richer data. We primarily used Adobe analytics with a custom tagging solution. The custom tagging solution fed into our database
