The "Insert before" menu is missing the Offer Decision option

Hi everyone, I am still new to Target and now following the Adobe training materials to get myself up to speed.

I was trying to replicate this step in my Target sandbox where the "Offer Decision" option should be showing (image below).

But this is not the case. I can see all other options such as "Image" or "Experience Fragment" or "Recommendation".

Does anyone have any idea how to enable this "Offer Decision" option. Is there any configuration I have to do beforehand?

Many thanks!

Hi @ibmfur,

I guess you don't meet the requirements in your setup to use Offer Decisions.

Prerequisites
To use offer decisions in Target, you need the following:

- Adobe Target Standard or Adobe Target Premium implemented using the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK. The feature is not available when implementing Target with at.js or other Target SDKs.

- Adobe Journey Optimizer Ultimate (AJO + Offer Decisioning) or Adobe Experience Platform and the Offer Decisioning application service add-on.

@Perrin_Ennen

Apologies for the late response as I thought I'd have received some sort of notification email saying my questions has got an answer but clearly I didn't!

Thanks for sharing the documentation. This might sound daft but how to determine if the AT sandbox is implemented using AEP Web SDK or other SDKs?

Thanks again
