Target integration with Foresee or OpinionLab

Avatar

Level 1

I am trying to come up with a way to collect site survey results at the Target recipe level.  As a start I am thinking it would be great to read our Foresee standard questions based on recipe.  Alternatively I understand that OpinionLab now has custom survey capabilities.  I am thinking that this might provide the ability to get VOC at the recipe level.

If you have any info to share on integrating VOC with Target(Classic) please let me know.

Hi Greg,

As per the information that I received from the team, there’s nothing built-in, but there are a lot of options of course.

There are a couple of things which can be tried:

  1. Call different survey URLs or survey JS from each experience based on audience rules
  2. Or just write out a variable to the page based on which experience you are in if the focus is more on reporting and capture that variable in the survey

It is also highly recommended that you reach out to your consultant.

Hope this helps!

Thanks!
