Seeing Missing or Invalid Mbox Name in Modification (Experience Targeting)

Hi, 

When we setting the experience targeting, we see the Action Html sometime shows the error "Missing or invalid Mbox" How we can solve this? Note : Sometime it come, Sometime it don't
