Restrict recommendations

Hi all,

I work in a retail ecommerce and the marketing team ask to create and recommendation activity in target that recommends shoes, restricted by two columns of the products catalog, in certain jeans' produc pages. I been trying to work this out but i can't make it.

Can you help telling how can i create those recommendations?
