Is anyone having an issue in Target with report suites? I'm unable to select any suite, which is preventing me from saving ANY changes!!!

Sometime browser extension causing this kind of issue.
If persist then create a adobe support ticket.

If it is happening on and off then most probably it is a service availability issue. You can monitor https://status.adobe.com/cloud/experience_cloud for any service downtime/maintenance that might be affecting it. If it is happening too often then raise it with Adobe support and have it investigated.

I mostly facing target loading issue in my chrome browser because of my extensions, I need to deactivate those.
Most of the time I preferred Firefox or incognito.
