What does a 4/8 hour delay mean between Analytics and Target? Does it mean we can't use an Analytics segment in Target, in real time?

Some documentation here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/segmentation/segmentation-workflow/seg-publish.html?lang=en

Analytics segments are not for 1st page hit and have latency.

in our implementation
Analytics hit data get copied to Audience manager server-side

as a result all segment based on analytics hit get qualified real-time (next click)

Segments based on Analytics variable (evar or prop) has few hours delay (due to completion of post processing)

Note: We only publish segments from Analytics where complex journey and if/then condition is use. Also analytics segments are limited based on your licence

Thanks
