Question about the country of registration of my account

Hi,

I would like to bye the Acrobat XI Pro Teachers version. Whenever I try to pay the product I receive the massage that my account is registered in a different country and that I have to log in again with the right account. Where can I check and change in which country I am registered in Adobe?
