What are the recommended methods for rendering and extracting data from a website to Adobe Target without relying on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)?

Ideally you can use Adobe Target without AEP and share your audience data for Target use cases. Could you please share more details on above, what's the use case you're trying to achieve, how's your website has been setup and how Adobe target deployed etc.
