Offer Decision option disappeared

Hi all ,

          In Target while in XT or Any activity . I used to get offer decision option. But, recently I am not seeing the option . We have access for AJO and we meet the pre-requisites , I wanted to check my offer. But, still the option is not showing. Can, anyone tell me is that we are missing any configuration or is this a issue. Please let me know if anyone has idea. I have attached the image for reference.

    I'd suggest raising with Customer Care as it's likely some sort of configuration/permissions issue, which will require access to your instance to troubleshoot
