Number of Products is blank when the collection from lower environment is mapped to activity

Hi team,

 

The Number of Products is blank when I select the collection from lower environment and map it to activity. However the number of products is shown in the Collection section for the same. Images for reference. 

1. The below image show Number of Products as  --. This is when I try to add this collection to the activity.

 

 

 

2. However the same collections has about 140 products 

 

 

 

Please help how to fix this.

    Hi @divyashankar 

     

    Can you try adding few products in All collections to make sure All collections is not empty and then check if you see the the products coming up in your own collection?

      Hi @mayurik ,

       

      Thanks for replying. I can see products in All Collections though. The collection that I created shows values when I search, but post I save the total number shows empty or 0.
