New VEC UI is not working after last release
Hi Community,
anyone facing the same issue in the last week?
It's been a couple of days now the new VEC UI has been rolled out, but we're experiencing major issues is editing experiences.
Issues include
- some of use are not able to load the page at all inside the VEC/EEC, even using Chrome with VEC Helper Extension activated; some other users can use it
- being unable to save activities because UI alerts say "Invalid user input", without highlighting any error in any of three sections (experiences, targeting, goals & settings)
- QA links work/not work on a random basis
Is there any possibility to rollback to old UI?
We're raising a ticket to Support, but wanted to know if someone already found a workaround on the same situation.
