Missing Custom Code

Is there anything that would cause Adobe Target to lose or delete code or modifications other than changing the page delivery URL?

    so, still i did not understand it completely but just want to share the thought to help you here. If you are working in any activities in Target you can intermittently save any modification by saving as draft or similar, refer below image. Now if you are not saving those modification and jumping to any other activities or doing something else before save, you will loose those. Target doesn't remove anything saved by its own side. i hope to clarifies you question.

    can you please share more details about your task performing to understand it correctly??

      An activity lost it's code (multiple modifications gone) and I want to make sure I understand all the ways code can be removed from an activity. I know of the above mentioned way as well as choosing to delete modifications, which would be done one at a time as opposed to in bulk in the above mentioned way. Are there any other ways my multiple modifications can disappear? Are there any known issues?
