Mbox trace: authorization token is not letting load the url

Hi Community, As I try to paste the authorization token to the web URL to analyze the mBox trace it says

is it because of 3rd parties cookies depreciation by Google? because in the incognito window, it has started saying

    If the URL works without the auth token query string then it may well be that the web server has been configured to only accept certain query string values, so you might want to check with the team responsible for hosting the website
