Issue with Marketo Forms getting duplicated when using VEC

Hi,

Have you guys had issues with Marketo Forms getting duplicated again and again? Here are the steps I am doing:

  1. One the page -> Highlight a container -> Remove item
  2. Insert Element ( section that has text + image + Marketo Form)

Once that is done. When I try to preview Experience B in preview mode I get javascript errors and the Form keeps getting duplicated 3-4 times. Here is an example: http://www.purestorage.com/microsites/gartner-mq-2016.html?at_preview=9MN7ShlCED5r3NouKnAV7CPcuGP0Cw

Hi Homaid,

The behavior of the inserted element depends on the structure of your page, your CSS, and other page configuration options

Please see the below link to figure out & Debug scenarios to show how changes made to your page affect Target's ability to display an experience.

Hi ,

We have debugged the issue at our end and the problem seems to be with Script Loading Marketo forms (forms2.min.js) .

Can you please confirm whether you are getting same Javascript errors on the live website as well once you activate the Activity ?

Thanks & Regards

Hi Parit,

Thanks so much for looking at this issue. Yes, we have seen the forms2.min.js issue on the optimized (Experience B) version of the targeted content. Even if we use the same exact content. Somehow, the Insert Element seems to either change or break form and make the form js not able to find the form name.

Thanks in advance,

Homaid
