Issue With Adobe Target Activities

Hi Helpies,

 

We created 3 different activities (A/B Test) in the Adobe Target 3 days ago, but still there is no traffic inside the report.

We connected the right Adobe Analytics platform, made tweaks according to the demos and tutorials, but issue is still there. Can you help us with this front.

    Can you try following:

     

    - mbox trace to see if you are qualifying for activity

    - are you part of the audience for targeting; try new visitors segment for example

    - is target firing for the activity url and if A4T do you see matching SDID calls in both Target and AA

    Validate what are the audience you are using for activity, also check page delivery  conditions

        @arunsinghgzt  Can you please confirm if these are A4T activities, or are these configured with Target as a reporting source?

        If you can see the activities getting delivered on the website, then you can try and select another environment from the Target reporting tab to see if it makes a difference.
