Integrating recommendation classic with analytics is not working

I have added a recommendation in mbox to display it on the site but its not showing as no of clicks and visitors in that recommendation is 0.Previously click and visits were getting captured through analytics in recommendation and it was displaying on page but somehow its not working now.I think there is some prob in integration of analytics with recommendation. I have referred this doc:-https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/rec/Recommendations.pdf but I am not able to find out the solution.

Hi Nikunjk,

I suggest opening a client care ticket for this, as a close examination of your activity setup is probably required to diagnose what is happening.  Good luck!
