Installed Target through DTM but doesn't appear on debugger

Hi everyone,

I've installed Target through DTM and in the debugger it appears on the overview with

Version: mbox.js 63

Global Request Nametarget-global-mbox

But I can't see any request from target

On the page I see the request and I have this error on the console

On DTM there is no rule related to Adobe Target. Should I make it one to trigger the request?

@aveggiani

1. What version of the Target code are you deploying through DTM?
2. Try searching for .tt in the Network logs the results returned (if any) will be your Target calls.

On network the only thing I see is mbox-contents-7698d67b93f5f7bafea5280af31e3d10ab90bb49.js there are any .tt

I followed the instruction and I have auto-create mbox. On setting all the Response tokens are turned off, is that normal?

Hey,

When installing a Tool within DTM you are loading the Javascript Libray into the DTM Web Property. A similar principle applies to Launch by Adobe with Extensions (Software Development Kits [SDKs]). However, you are correct, you would need a Rule to conduct when (page load timing) and where (i.e specific pages) the Adobe Target JS script will fire.

Thanks
