I cant enable the Enhanced Experience Composer

Hello,
When I try to enable the EEC in the Target, I receive this message: "We cannot complete your request. Please contact Adobe client-care if the problem persists."
You can see in the image:
 

 

I dont know what it happens.

Thanks @ambikatewari_atci. Now I know the reason. My profile is editor and I don't have permission to activate this, my admin activate for me.
