HTML Offers created within Offers tab are not available via VEC

When we create HTML offers directly from the Offers tab and try to select this offer from VEC, then those offers are not available/visible to be selected. However, if we navigate to this offer section via VEC by the option of Replace Offer and then create the offer, offers are visible and we are able to select those offers.

We are facing this issue only from past few weeks. If this is a new feature, then this is not user friendly and would rise to re-work and lack consistency.

Hi @sriharik_ Are you still facing the issues?

For me, both methods are working. If I create offer directly from the Offers tab I can able to see and/or select offer in VEC and also If I used the option in VEC, using the "Replace Content" option and then chose Create Offer.

In case if you're still facing issues raised a ticket with Adobe.

Yes go ahead and raised the ticket.

Just to let you know recently The Adobe Target Product has getting lot of new updates including Activities UI, VEC, Offers Library user interface update and many more .. it might be the case that your organization has not getting full upgrade as these updates rolling out in phases.
