How to recommendation products in the cart using Adobe Target

Hi Everyone:

Does anyone know how to recommend products customers add to the cart but not purchase in Adobe target?

I know we could do it using custom criteria, but is there a way we could do using adobe target criteria logic?

You can consider using Dynamic inclusion rules to achieve your use case.
