How to limit activity display per user

Hello,

We have some activities for which we would like to set a maximum display amount per user and each activity would need its own counter.

Currently we have 3 activities with specific counter defined with 3 different Profile Script, but if we would like to set a counter on every activities that would be impossible to manager as each activity would need its own Profile Script.

 

Is there a way to have a counter that would be easier to manage ?

      Yes the mbox call + profile script is already what we are using, but what we really want is a different counter for every activity we create, but with this solution we need to manually create a counter each time which is not convenient.

      Is there no "generic" solution for such cases ?
